3,500 schools across the country are getting ready to reduce the number of hours their students spend in class according to a policy implemented by the Education Minister. Although students are supposed to leave their classrooms by 2 pm, parents have been reassured that their children will remain in school participating in extracurricular activities. But is that really what's best for Thai students?
